Fine pointed agate burnisher with a short handle for controlled work on compatible gilded surfaces. One tool, supplied in the profile shown.
Use only when the gilding ground and leaf application method permit burnishing. Allow the ground to reach the appropriate condition and test first; not every adhesive or gilding method can be agate-burnished. Keep the polished stone clean and protect it from scratches. Leaf, size and gesso are not included.
