William Mitchell Left Oblique Broad-Edge Calligraphy Nib

William Mitchell steel left-oblique nib for broad-edge calligraphy. The oblique cut is intended for left-handed calligraphers and is suitable for lettering styles including Italic, Gothic and Uncial.

Choose from ten manufacturer sizes: 0, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5 and 6. These are size numbers, not millimetre measurements.

Available as a single nib or three nibs of the same size. Pen holder and reservoir are not included.

For artistic Hebrew calligraphy, the broad edge can help create contrasting thick and thin strokes. The left-oblique cut offers an alternative writing angle; suitability depends on your pen hold and lettering style.
